Adopting flexibility has established HCBL in short time

HCBL has risen just before thirteen years and within this short period the success ladder become small due to concerted efforts put in by all concerned.  Not only bank employees and officials but it is the main force of our prestigious customers who have brought us at this place.  We were working in one room in 2002 and today we have made customer waiting lounge areas more than 10 times.  Our progress from this small instance can be easily measured.

Expansion: Now in the seven districts of Uttar Pradesh only, we are running our branches with a good success speed. Out ATM Machines and all other technical assets are quite able to provide mental relief to the customers for quick banking behavior. This is common fact that all the customers want facilities from any organization.  To attract more and more customers we added more technical facilities for our prestigious customers.  But one cannot feel some class complex while sitting in any of our branches.  He/she can deal with us in quite easy manners. 

The local approach, manner of dealing the customers, environment for the customers, financial updation, online facilities, ATM machines, cash depositing facility and many more amenities are available for our customers.  This has been given to them just for keeping with ourselves.

Documentation: Apart from the facilities maintained for the customers, we require simple and clear cut documentation for each of the purpose.  From opening of bank account till loaning, all are designed according to the nature of bank.  Simplicity is maintained in all our endeavors.  Documentary evidences are mandatory but we do not force customers to submit the same at every cost.  Flexibility is being maintained in all our works.  Processing is quite faster. All the loan applications are provided due attention as we do not want any small pebble in the free flying.  Since inception we have not left any stone unturned and always tried to keep the flag of HCBL flying.

Record Keeping:  Our record keeping is created in quite secure data base.  Out data collection bank is our state of the art collection.  We keep all the data in digital form.  Only essential hard copies are maintained in strong rooms attached with the branches.  Loan applications are also transferred to strong room after processing and digitalization of the same.  Encryption of all the monetary transactions is stronger is not able to be hacked from any sources. 

Staff: Staff employed at all the branches including headquarters are well trained in documenting and other dealings.  It is suggested that you once visit our branch and see the pattern of working.  Later you will come on the call of your soul.  Bank promises you to provide high class of services at all time.  You will feel no difference with private banks and technicality of HCBL.  This flexibility is only the reason that has made us stronger and able to serve you better.  All our efforts are special because of our slogan “Yeh Bank Zara Kuch Khas Hai”.
